Kareena's statue to be unveiled in Madame Tussauds

Kareena Kapoor, the 30-year-old actress will be the lone Bollywood figure at the museum in Blackpool,
as the other five stars- Amitabh Bachchan, Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Aishwarya Rai have their statues at Madame Tussauds, London.

Kareena will also flag off a

global exhibition where the Bollywood wax figures will travel to six cities including London, Hong Kong and Bangkok, reflecting a growing global interest in Bollywood.

"It is an honour and a privilege for me to have my wax-figure at Madame Tussauds and even more so to flag off a global Bollywood exhibition," Kareena said. Her wax figure will be unveiled in October 2011.
